A Tradition of Excellence . . .
Our Lady of Fatima School is the only Catholic school that serves both the City of Artesia and the City of Cerritos. The strong academic program at the school is rooted in the Catholic Faith. Sharing the educational mission of the Church with parents, who are the primary educators of their children, the school integrates Catholic teachings and gospel values of faith, hope & charity. As the world around us becomes increasingly diverse and complex, OLF students will be paving the way . . . Strong moral leaders building a more compassionate and just world.
Lessons learned here go far beyond what is taught in the classroom. The school has a wide range of activities, including decathlons, Playmaker Showtime productions, musical instrumentation, choir, and an array of after school sports. Students participate in food collection drives at Thanksgiving and Easter and a toy collection drive at Christmas. They campaign openly for a life free of drugs and alcohol during Red Ribbon Week. From science fairs to book fairs, from the annual jog-a-thon fundraiser to family fun nights at local businesses, from the Halloween carnival to the parish festival, students learn the value of a life of service and purpose.
In the course of the past 60 years, thousands of students have benefited from a quality Catholic education here at Holy Family Parish and Our Lady of Fatima School. At OLF, we see a future as bright as the smile on a child’s face.
